Liatris tenuifolia (Shortleaf Blazing Star) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States and North America. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by Agapostemon splendens, Eastern Carpenter Bee, Colletes longifacies, and Thorybes dorantes.
