Aspidosperma macrocarpon is a species of tree in the family Apocynaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Neotropics, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Maranhao, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, GoiáS, Amazônia, Piauí, Bahia, Cerrado, Distrito Federal, Tocantins, and Pará. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 25 m.
