Collyhia cyanocephala Pat. Bull. Soc. Myc. 18: 171. 1902.
Pileus fleshy, convex, orbicular, 2-8 cm. broad; surface glabrous, polished, deep-azureblue: lamellae mixed with short ones, adnate, slightly crowded, broad, concolorous, but darker: spores hyaline, subglobose, 6 X 5m: stipe central, cylindric, glabrous, shining, white, bluish at the apex, solid, tough, 5-7 cm. long.
Type IvOCAliTy: Guadeloupe.
Habitat: On soil.
Distribution: Known only from the type locality.
