Tectaria incisa (Incised Halberd Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family Tectariaceae. It has a self-supporting growth form. It is native to Puerto Rico, Bahia, Acre (Brazil), Alagoas, Rio Grande do Sul, Rondônia, Mato Grosso do Sul, Mato Grosso, Espirito Santo, Amazônia, Santa Catarina, Roraima, Pernambuco, São Paulo, Amazônia, Pará, Paraná, Amapá, Rio de Janeiro, Mata Atlântica, Minas Gerais, and Ceará. Incised Halberd Fern has compound, broad leaves. It is a photoautotroph.
