Ranunculus hispidus (Bristly Buttercup) is a species of perennial herb in the family Ranunculaceae. They are native to Canada and The Contiguous United States. They have yellow flowers and achenes. Flowers are visited by Pure Green Augochlora, Nomada denticulata, Andrena perplexa, and Spring Beauty Andrena. Individuals can grow to 2.5 feet.
