Sida spinosa (Spring Sida) is a species of shrub in the family mallows. They are climbers. They are native to Puerto Rico, The Contiguous United States, Paraná, Alagoas, ParaíBa, Cerrado, Bahia, Rio Grande Do Norte, Caatinga, Rio Grande Do Sul, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Pernambuco, Ceará, Mata Atlântica, Sergipe, U.S. Virgin Islands, Rio De Janeiro, and Minas Gerais. Flowers are visited by Sleepy Orange, Megachile addenda, Aporus niger, and Cerceris prominens.
