Portulaca umbraticola (Wingpod Purslane) is a species of herb in the family Portulacaceae. They are native to Tocantins, Espirito Santo, Paraná, Mato Grosso Do Sul, GoiáS, Mato Grosso, SãO Paulo, Mata Atlântica, Maranhao, Ceará, Santa Catarina, Alagoas, Pernambuco, Bahia, Distrito Federal, Caatinga, Piauí, Rio Grande Do Norte, Pantanal, Minas Gerais, Cerrado, The Contiguous United States, Rio De Janeiro, Sergipe, ParaíBa, and Rio Grande Do Sul. They have capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Southern Carpenter Bee.
