Tiarella trifoliata (Threeleaf Foamflower) is a species of perennial herb in the family Saxifragaceae. They are native to Canada, Alaska, The Contiguous United States, and Western North America. They have loculicidal capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Melanostoma mellinum and Sitka bumble bee.
