Verbena stricta (Hoary Verbena) is a species of annual herb in the family Verbenaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by white, yellow, and sulphur butterflies, Ashmeadiella bucconis, Melissodes coreopsis, and Skipper. Individuals can grow to 0.79 m.
