Stachys palustris (Hedge Nettle) is a species of perennial herb in the family Lamiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Alaska, The Contiguous United States, and Oceania continent (Australia, NZ and islands). They have simple, broad leaves and purple flowers. Flowers are visited by Anthidium, Rhingia campestris, Melanostoma mellinum, and Anthophora furcata. Individuals can grow to 3 feet.
