Rinorea viridifolia is a species of tree in the family Violaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Amazônia, Maranhao, RondôNia, Acre (Brazil), Mato Grosso, Bahia, and Mata Atlântica. They have simple, broad leaves and capsule fruit. Individuals can grow to 15 m.
