Young specimens are very pale, larger/older specimens can be quite orange, brownish, or even chocolate brown.

Head with quite few eyes. Other specimens can have obvious eyes in rows on the heads lighter margins. L ruber and L viridis - I dont know if these are two spp or just one. Sequences give mixed messages.
