Coptodon zillii (Redbelly Tilapia) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family Cichlidae. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Tunisia, Sudan, Chad, Niger, Benin, Morocco, Senegal, Guinea-Bissau, Egypt, Kenya, Mali, Mauritania, Democratic Republic Of The Congo, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Jordan, Liberia, Central African Republic, Sahara Desert, Guinea, Israel, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Lebanon, Cameroon, Nigeria, Togo, and Gambia. Individuals can grow to 40.0 cm. They have sexual reproduction.
