Cisseps fulvicollis (Yellow Collared Scape Moth) is a species of Lepidoptera in the family erebid moths. They visit flowers of Queen Anne's lace, Virginia mountainmint, sweet alyssum, and eastern purple coneflower. Individuals can grow to 33 mm.
