Euplotine hypotrich ciliates, body more dorso-ventrally compressed; at least 1 or more left marginal cirri; ventrally-oriented oral cavity; distinct, contiguous, left-serial oral polykinetids on collar and lapel; paroral as polykinetid on right of oral area; caudal cirri, ventral; macronucleus more or less C-shaped.
