Nemichthys scolopaceus (Atlantic Snipe Eel) is a species of bony fishes in the family snipe eels. It is a planktotroph. Individuals can grow to 130 cm. Atlantic Snipe Eel has sexual reproduction. Reproduction is semelparous and oviparous.
