Cyamioidea is a superfamily of mussels. There are 60 species of Cyamioidea, in 13 genera and 3 families. It includes groups like Galatheavalvidae, Cyamiidae, and Sportellidae. Dead Cyamioidea form shallow marine sediments. They have sexual reproduction.
