Perna viridis (Green Mussel) is a species of mussels in the family Mytilidae. They are native to Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Philippines Exclusive Economic Zone, Indian Ocean, Indo-Pacific Ocean, The Philippines, and Indian Exclusive Economic Zone. Adult Green Mussel form marine reefs. Individuals can grow to 16.5 cm. They have sexual reproduction.
