Alauda arvensis (Sky Lark) is a species of birds in the family larks. It is associated with freshwater habitat. It is found in the Indo-Malayan Realm, Australasia, the Palearctic, and the Afrotropics. Sky Lark is a diurnal granivore. Individuals can grow to 55 g. Reproduction is dioecious. Sky Lark has parental care (pair provides care). It relies on flight to move around.
