Pavo cristatus (Indian Blue Peafowl) is a species of birds in the family Phasianidae. It is listed in CITES Appendix III. It is found in the Indo-Malayan Realm. Individuals can grow to 6000 g. Reproduction is dioecious. Indian Blue Peafowl relies on flight to move around.
