Orbicella franksi (Boulder Star Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family Merulinidae. They are listed as vulnerable by IUCN. Dead Boulder Star Coral form shallow marine sediments. They have asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction; they are broadcast spawners.
