Spine Coral

Hydnophora grandis Gardiner 1904

Hydnophora grandis (Spine Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family Merulinidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Spine Coral form shallow marine sediments. Spine Coral form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction, alternation of generations, and sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.
