Malacothrix saxatilis (Cliff Desertdandelion) is a species of shrub in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States and The Americas. They have simple, broad leaves and achenes. Flowers are visited by Lesser Goldfinch, Judolia sexspilota, Halictus tripartitus, and Augochlorella pomoniella.
