Climbing shrubs. Leaves opposite, thickly-textured, glabrous. Inflorescences axillary, consisting of dense umbels. Calyx small. Corolla rotate, fleshy, deeply 5-lobed, white to pinkish. Corona of 5 fleshy lobes spreading, star-like. Follicles glabrous.
