Saimiri oerstedii (Black Crowned Central American Squirrel Monkey) is a species of primates in the family New World monkeys. They are listed as vulnerable by IUCN and in cites appendix i. They are found in The Neotropics. They are diurnal omnivores. Individuals can grow to 712 mm. Reproduction is dioecious.
