비개구리과(Brevicipitidae)는 개구리목에 속하는 양서류 과의 하나이다. 4속 33종으로 이루어져 있다.[1][2] 이전에는 맹꽁이과에 속하는 아과로 간주했지만, 현재는 별도의 과로 분류하고 있다. 자매군은 헤미수스과이다.[3][4][5]
