“Genus Pholidoherpia Salvini-Plawen, 1978

Pholidoherpia Salvini-Plawen, 1978. Zoologica, 44 (128): 51.

TYPE SPECIES: Lepidomenia cataphracta Thiele, 1913.

Thin cuticle; sclerites as scales and solid slender elements in one layer; without epidermal papillae. With common atrio-buccal opening. Radula of monoserial (?) plates. Ventral foregut glandular organs with subepithelially arranged gland cells opening into and a pair of ampullae (type A). Midgut without constrictions. Secondary genital opening unpaired. Without dorsoterminal sense organ. Presence of Copulatory stylets and respiratory organs unknown.”
