Sorghum arundinaceum (Sorghum) is a species of annual grass in the family True grasses. It has a self-supporting growth form. It is native to Amazônia. Sorghum has simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Lipotriches langi (Cockerell 1932). Sorghum is a photoautotroph. Individuals can grow to 1.1 m.
