AKA Raft Spider.This is a semi aquatic spider, here depicted in it's hunting pose. They are so big that they're easily able to break the surface tension and hide underwater if need be. This one is about 5cm long.Taken with Canon FD 100mm F4 Macro.Dolomede fimbriatus 1
