Euphorbia esula (Leafy Spurge) is a species of perennial herb in the family Euphorbiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Serbia And Montenegro, Spain, Romania, Yugoslavia, North America, Russia, Greece, Estonia, Lithuania, Moldova, Albania, China, Belgium, Austria, Hungary, Belarus, France, Latvia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Italy, Germany, Afghanistan, and Ukraine. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Celastrina humulus, Milwaukee Andrena, Speyeria atlantis hesperis, and Eristalis stipator. Individuals can grow to 0.55 m.
