Thalassia testudinum (Turtlegrass) is a species of perennial herb in the family Hydrocharitaceae. They are native to Puerto Rico, Middle America, U.S. Virgin Islands, The Contiguous United States, and Atlantic And Gulf Coastal Plain (Agcp).
