Smilax campestris is a species of woody plants in the family Smilacaceae. They are climbers. They are native to Mato Grosso Do Sul, Bahia, Pampa, Caatinga, Cerrado, Rio De Janeiro, Tocantins, Pernambuco, Mata Atlântica, SãO Paulo, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande Do Sul, Distrito Federal, Paraná, Ceará, and Minas Gerais. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 0.27 m.
