Omphalina subscyphoides Murrill, sp. nov
Pileus convex, depressed at the center, solitary, reaching 13 mm. broad; surface dullwhite, smooth, glabrous, margin irregular, concolorous: lamellae decurrent, white, distant, rather broad: stipe dilated above, smooth, glabrous, white, 2 cm. long, 2 mm. thick.
Type collected on the ground in a moist virgin forest along the Tepeite River, 2100 m elevation, near Cuernavaca, Mexico, December 28, 1909, W. A. b' Edna L. Murrill 482 (herb. N. Y. Bot. Gard.). Distribution: Known only from the type locality.
