Parambassis apogonoides és una espècie de peix pertanyent a la família dels ambàssids.[5]
Descripció
- Fa 10 cm de llargària màxima.[6][7]
Alimentació
Menja invertebrats aquàtics i insectes.[8][9]
Hàbitat
És un peix d'aigua dolça, demersal i de clima tropical.[6]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba a Àsia: des de Laos i Cambodja fins a la península de Malacca i Indonèsia.[6][10][11][12][13][14][15][16]
Ús comercial
De vegades, és present als mercats locals.[6]
Observacions
És inofensiu per als humans i un peix d'aquari popular per la seua coloració brillant.[6][17]
