Collodictyonidae (též Diphylleidae či Diphyllatia[1]) je skupina eukaryotních jednobuněčných organismů s dosud nevyjasněným fylogenetickým postavením a proto často řazená do incertae sedis eukaryot[2]. Podle posledních studií (z r. 2012) může být příbuzná malawimonádám, nebo zaujímat ještě bazálnější postavení ve stromu eukaryot blízko rozhraní mezi Unikonta a Bikonta.[1]. Původně uvažované řazení mezi Apusozoa[3] je již víceméně vyloučeno.

Jsou to volně plovoucí prvoci s dvěma či čtyřmi koncovými bičíky. Živí se fagocytózou jiných eukaryotických buněk, a to pomocí velkého nápadného cytostomu.

Collodictyonidae ili Diphylleida je grupa vodenih protista s dva ili četiri jednaka apikalna biča, pravokutna jedni prema drugima. Imaju ventralna žlijeba koji se protežu od jednog kraja ćelije do drugog, što im daje jajoliki izgled. Kroz ovaj utor obavljaju fagocitozu drugih eukariotskih ćelija.[1]

O njihovim odnosu prema drugim grupama malo se zna. Pripadnici ove grupe dijele karakteristike sa Excavata i Amoebozoa, kao što su ventralne brazde za dovod, podržane mikrotubulskim strukturama i sposobnost stvaranja tankih ili širokih pseudopodija. To bi mogle biti drevne morfološke karakteristike eukariota. Filogenetske studije sugeriraju da bi one mogle biti bliske bifurkaciji između supergrupa Unikonta i Bikonta.[2][3][4] Cavalier-Smith smješta Diphyllatea u Varisulca,[5][6] ali nekoliko filogenetskih analiza otkriva da su najbliži grupi Malawimonadea.

They feed by phagocytosis, ingesting other unicellular organisms like algae and bacteria. The most remarkable fact of this clade is its uncertain position in the tree of life.

Recent molecular analyses place Collodictyonids (e.g. Collodictyon) in a clade also containing Rigifilida and Mantamonadidae. This clade has been named CRuMs and is sister to Amorphea.[1][2]
