Pileus convex to plane, incurved in front, cuneate at the base, fleshy, soft, 8-12 mm. broad; surface glabrous, pale-brown, margin striatulate; lamellae broad, soft, brownish, inserted, slightly serrulate on the edges, radiating from the point of insertion of the pileus; spores globose, smooth, brown, 6 //.
Type locality: Guadeloupe. Habitat: On dead wood. Distribution : Guadeloupe.
