Distribució geogràfica

Es troba a Nord-amèrica: Arkansas,^[6] Iowa, Illinois,^{[7][8][9][10]} Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri,^[11] Nebraska, Ohio,^[12] Oklahoma i Virgínia Occidental.^{[4][13][14][15][16][17]}
