Costarcha is a monotypic moth genus in the subfamily Arctiinae. Its single species, Costarcha indistincta, is found in India's Nilgiri Mountains. Both the genus and species were first described by George Hampson in 1891.[1]

Costarcha indistincta is een beervlinder uit de familie van de spinneruilen (Erebidae).[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1891 door Hampson.
