Description: Characterized by overall brown color; upper part of gill cover with blue spot; each scale of upper half of body with blue spots, forming longitudinal rows; blue spots extending to dorsal fin; presence of broad black submarginal stripe near upper and lower edge of caudal fin; anterior lateral line scales 36-44; predorsal scales 18-25; depth of body 24.7-28.1 % of SL (Ref. 90102).
