Minyichthys sentus és una espècie de peix de la família dels singnàtids i de l'ordre dels singnatiformes.

Morfologia

• Els mascles poden assolir 6 cm de longitud total.^[4][5]

Reproducció

És ovovivípar i el mascle transporta els ous en una bossa ventral, la qual es troba a sota de la cua.^[6]

Hàbitat

És un peix marí de clima subtropical que viu entre 0-120 m de fondària.^[4]

Distribució geogràfica

Es troba al Marroc, les Illes Canàries i Algèria.^{[4] [7][8]}

Minyichthys sentus is a species of marine fish belonging to the family Syngnathidae.^[2] Little is known about this species preferred habitat and their proposed geographic distribution is based on only three specimens, two found in the Atlantic near Southern Spain and one found in the Mediterranean near Gibraltar. They have been recorded at depths of up to 170 meters.^[3][4]

Minyichthys sentus is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van zeenaalden en zeepaardjes (Syngnathidae).^[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1982 door Dawson.

粗鰓嵴海龍（学名：Minyichthys sentus），為輻鰭魚綱棘背魚目海龍科的其中一種，分布於東大西洋區，包括加那利群島、摩洛哥及阿爾及利亞等海域，棲息深度可達120公尺，體長可達6公分，棲息在沿岸海域，卵胎生。
