Orthochromis luongoensis is a species of cichlid endemic to Zambia, where it is only known from the Luongo River, a tributary of the Luapula in the upper Congo River basin.^[1][2] This species can reach a length of 6.3 centimetres (2.5 in) SL.^[2]

Orthochromis luongoensis is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van de cichliden (Cichlidae).^[2] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1994 door Greenwood & Kullander.

贊比亞直口非鯽，為輻鰭魚綱鱸形目隆頭魚亞目慈鯛科的其中一種，被IUCN列為瀕危保育類動物，分布於非洲尚比亞Luongo河流域，體長可達6.3公分，棲息溪流，生活習性不明。
