Phyllonorycter viburni is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from the islands of Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu in Japan.[1]
The wingspan is 6.5-8.5 mm.[1]
The larvae feed as leaf miners on Viburnum dilatatum, Viburnum erosum and Viburnum wrightii.[1] The mine is ptychonomous and located in the space between two veins of the lower surface of the leaf.[1]

Phyllonorycter viburni is een vlinder uit de familie van de mineermotten (Gracillariidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort werd voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1963 door Kumata.[1]
