Enligt Catalogue of Life[1] ingår Anisogramma i familjen Valsaceae, ordningen Diaporthales, klassen Sordariomycetes, divisionen sporsäcksvampar och riket svampar,[1] men enligt Dyntaxa[2] är tillhörigheten istället familjen Gnomoniaceae, ordningen Diaporthales, klassen Sordariomycetes, divisionen sporsäcksvampar och riket svampar.[2]
