Cynotilapia pulpican is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van de cichliden (Cichlidae).^[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 2002 door Tawil.

橫帶犬齒非鯽（学名：Cynotilapia pulpican）為輻鰭魚綱鱸形目隆頭魚亞目慈鯛科的其中一種，分布於非洲馬拉威湖流域，體長可達7.1公分，棲息在中底層水域，生活習性不明。
