Austropyrgus foris is a species of minute freshwater snail with an operculum, an aquatic gastropod mollusc or micromollusc in the Hydrobiidae family. This species is endemic to eastern Victoria, Australia. It is only known from a small stream at Cape Liptrap, near Waratah Bay.[1]

Austropyrgus foris is een slakkensoort uit de familie van de Hydrobiidae. De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1994 door Ponder et al. als Fluvidona foris.
