Trachemys stejnegeri vicina (Barbour & Carr 1940)

The Dominican slider (Trachemys stejnegeri vicina)^[1] is a subspecies of turtle in the family Emydidae. It is endemic to the island of Hispaniola (split between the Dominican Republic and Haiti).
