Uredinia amphigenous, scattered, round, 0.2-0.8 mm. in diameter, eariy naked, pulverulent, cinnamon-brown, ruptured epidermis evident; urediniospores oblate-spheroid, 2530 M broad by 20-32 /j, high; wall cinnamon-brown, 1.5 /x thick, moderately and rather strongly, echinulate, the pores 2 or 3, subequatorial.
