Scudderia mexicana, the Mexican bush katydid, is a species of phaneropterine katydid in the family Tettigoniidae.[1][2] They are 30–38 mm in length and have slender wings. Nymphs have a horn between their antennae.[3] They eat leaves, including big-leaf mahogany.[4]

Scudderia mexicana is een rechtvleugelig insect uit de familie sabelsprinkhanen (Tettigoniidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1861 door Saussure.
