Sinum concavum (Lamarck 1822)

Sinum concavum, common name the concave ear moon snail, is a species of predatory sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Naticidae, the moon snails.^[1]

Description

The size of an adult shell varies between 19 mm and 50 mm.

Distribution

This species is present in the Atlantic Ocean off Senegal, Guinea and Angola.

Sinum concavum is een slakkensoort uit de familie van de Naticidae.^[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1822 door Lamarck.

Sinum concavum là một loài ốc biển săn mồi, là động vật thân mềm chân bụng sống ở biển trong họ Naticidae, họ ốc Mặt Trăng.^[1]
