Distribució geogràfica

És endèmic de l'Amèrica Central: Hondures i Guatemala.^[3]

Cryptoheros cutteri is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van de cichliden (Cichlidae).^[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1932 door Fowler.

墨西哥隱麗魚，為輻鰭魚綱鱸形目隆頭魚亞目慈鯛科的其中一種，分布於中美洲宏都拉斯及瓜地馬拉的淡水流域，體長可達11.2公分，棲息在中底層水域，生活習性不明。
